Where there is no revelation(or prophetic vision), the people cast off restraint;
But happy is he who keeps the law.

Vision gives us focus. See it, speak it, it will manifest.
God gives us dreams. Hold on to those God-given dreams no matter what the circumstances say. Between the promise and the palace is the process.
Give me big dreams, Lord.

where there is no Perspective... the people perish. i think your verse about Elisha and his servant really applies here! his servant was ready to give up until he saw what God saw in the situation.
